Tessie Grace - Lead Vocals Tessie Grace has long been recognized as one of the Mid- Atlantic region's premier female vocalists. In addition to her immense vocal talent, Tessie's natural beauty and captivating stage presence have earned her a reputation as one of the classiest performers you will find anywhere. The Preakness, Memorial Stadium, and both the Maryland State and the Baltimore City Fair are but a few of the many noteworthy places that Tessie has appeared as the lead singer for Cry Monday. In addition, Tessie and Cry Monday have performed to packed houses at major Night Clubs, Universities, and Private Affairs from the Carolinas to New York. Nationally, Tessie has three Star Search appearances to her credit (two with Cry Monday). Tessie has also attracted considerable attention from many major record labels, producers, and the Broadway stage. Additionally, Tessie's voice has been used by songwriters and producers in virtually every major recording studio in the Baltimore/Washington area. Tessie has also been the voice for many local and regional radio and television jingles. Currently, Tessie teaches private piano and voical lessons to over 40 students each week. |

Chuck "Bruzzy" Riebling - Drums/Backing Vocals One of the founding members of Cry Monday, Chuck was there when it all started back in the 'eighties. Chuck had previously enjoyed success on the Baltimore music scene with a number of top club acts. Chuck then helped Cry Monday land radio air play and a spot on the 1986 "98Rock Album" with the song "I'm A Runner". That year, Chuck's drumming was the driving force behind Cry Monday's success that culminated with two national television appearances on Star Search. Early in his career, Chuck's studies included jazz drum set instruction from the legendary Chuck Memphis. Chuck's recorded works include tracks on John Palumbo's "Blowing Up Detroit" album on CBS records as well as several radio and TV jingles. Chuck has also worked as a session drummer at many of the area's largest recording studios for noted producers such as John Palumbo, and JJ Maceli. |

Dave Unger - Keyboards/Percussion/Lead Vocals Dave joined the band in 1994. Dave's gifted tenor voice has taken Cry Monday's already formidable vocal arsenal and transformed it into a powerhouse. Dave comes from a family of musicians and his diverse musical background has been a strong influence on the band. He is comfortable both playing and singing a wide range of music that covers the fifties through today. Dave started out playing in the drum corps and in addition to his other talents, is an accomplished drummer and percussionist. |

Frank McCreary - Guitar/Lead Vocals Frank is a versatile performer who had been a front man for several successful acts before becoming a member of Cry Monday. Since joining the band in 1989, Frank's strong tenor voice and wide repertoire of songs has added a new dimension to the band. Whether blending with Tessie on a smooth duet ballad or belting out classic rock and roll, Frank has a unique and polished vocal style that is always right on the money. In addition to his outstanding vocal ability, Frank has played the guitar for sixteen years. Previously, Frank enjoyed success as a lead guitarist/singer with a number of top area bands. Frank has also worked as a private guitar instructor. |

Bo Eckard - Bass Guitar/Backing Vocals Joining at the beginning of 1996, Bo is the newest addition to the group. Bo is a serious musician who commands the audiences attention with his mastery of the bass guitar. Bo holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in music theory from Loyola College and has been a private music instructor since 1981. He is currently the director of Jazz studies at Western Maryland College. Bo directs the jazz ensemble at Western Maryland where he also founded and directs the electric bass ensemble. In addition to his heavy on campus schedule, Bo is a Lecturer of Music throughout the mid-Atlantic region. On stage, Bo has received two WAMA's (Washington Area Music Awards) for best Pop/Rock Artist in 1992/1993 while a member of "The Essentials". All together, Bo has been a member of groups which have received fifteen nominations. Over the years, Bo has performed with other top artists in countless recording sessions, TV and radio spots, concerts, and clubs. Bo also currently sits on the board of directors for the Carroll County Arts Council. |

Glen Caldwell - Saxophone When the occasion calls for brass, Cry Monday calls on Glen Caldwell. Glen is an exciting performer with some serious credentials. In addition to a B.A. from North Carolina A&T University, Glen holds a Masters Degree in Music Education from Rutgers University, and a Doctorate in Music Theory from Ohio State University. Glen is currently an Assistant Professor of Music at Western Maryland College. On the national scene, Glen provided the horn arrangements on four songs for Stevie Wonder's 1998 World Tour. Glen also provided the horn arrangements on the "Introducing Earnest Carter" album and Michelle Bradshaw's "Visions" album. Additionally, Glen recently played saxophone on Libby Benson's "Where it all Begins" album. |
